Submitting a Complaint

Review and Resolution Process
All complaints will be reviewed by our compliance team within 7 business days of receipt. We will investigate the reported content to determine if it violates applicable laws or card brand standards. During the review, we may contact the complainant for additional information or clarification. Upon completion of the review, we will notify the complainant of the outcome and any actions taken.
Content Removal for Lack of Consent
If a person depicted in reported content demonstrates that consent was not obtained or is void under applicable law, we will:
- Immediately remove the content from our platform.
- Notify the complainant of the removal and any further actions taken.
